Install eight individual Two Ton 18 SEER Heat Pump Systems. One in each of the Attics, and One in each of the Crawl Spaces of each of the Four Units. They will consist of an Air Handler, Evaporator Coil and 10 KW heat strips and Heat Pump Condensing Unit. Built in the early 1900¿s. Each building unit is approximately 2,350 square feet. There are two duplex buildings. Each building has a concrete foundation containing two levels of living and/ or office space, a half basement, half crawl space and an attic space. Interior walls and ceilings are plaster on wood lath.
