Sources Sought The National Park Service requests information from small business vendors registered under NAICS code 236116 with a Small Business Size Standard $36.5M for an upcoming construction requirement at Ozark National Scenic Riverways, Van Buren, MO. Project Description: Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals for the construction of a one story Four-Plex housing unit. Two of the units will be fully accessible and the two units will have an accessible route. Project is designed to comply with a Certification Level according to the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Rating System. Magnitude of Construction estimate: Between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. Responses to this announcement are requested from (1) SBA certified Small Business HUBZone firms (2) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms (3) Woman Owned Small Business firms (4) Small Business firms (5) Small Business 8(a) firms and (6) any firm eligible to compete in full and open competition. Interested firms please submit: NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER OF THE FIRM and DUNS Number. Vendors will be required to be registered in SAM and have a DUNS number to be eligible for consideration when or if solicitation is released. If you are interested, please submit your detailed capabilities in WRITING to demonstrate same or similar experience.
