This amendment provides Q&A for a BPA setup for base rock, clean rock, and riprap, with MoDOT specifications and desired products such as 1", 2", and 3" base, 1', 2", and 4" clean rock, and riprap as needed by the National Park Service. Pricing is per ton, annual estimated quantities are not guaranteed, offerors may add separate size rows/unit prices, and evaluation considers materials, past performance, and price. The effort may result in one or more firm-fixed-price BPAs, calls will not be competed, and each BPA has a $200,000 maximum, with no obligation to honor a single-item order over $10,000 or a two/three-item order over $30,000. NPS personnel will pick up materials, and the pickup facility must be within 20 miles of Highway 19 and Highway 106 junction in Eminence, MO, with a certified truck scale, certified weight tickets, and standard loading equipment. Materials must be available for pickup within 72 hours of a call, there is no minimum pickup quantity, and past performance may be considered, including two to three references if subcontracting is involved.

This RFQ seeks to establish one or more firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the purchase of base rock, clean rock, and riprap at Ozark National Scenic Riverways in Eminence, Missouri. The individual BPA Call limit is $10,000, and the agreement will end five years after award or when the maximum value of $200,000 is reached. Offerors must quote on all elements of the price schedule, and the Government is under no obligation to order from the awarded BPA(s).
