Z--HOSP - Install Fire Suppression
The National Park Service is seeking contractor interest for a project to design and install fire protection and life safety systems in two historic duplex buildings at Hot Springs National Park, restoring them to residential employee housing. Work includes single station fire alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and an NFPA 13D wet pipe sprinkler system, limited to interior work with no exterior ground disturbance. The anticipated construction budget is between $100,000 and $250,000, with work expected to begin in Fall 2026. Performance of services will be at Hot Springs National Park. This is a market survey only, not a solicitation, and all responses are voluntary.
