(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services being procured in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All clauses may be viewed in the entirety at www.acquisition.gov (ii) The solicitation number is 140P6024Q0035 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. (iv) This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. The relevant NAICS is 561730, Landscaping Services (v) Line Items: CLIN 0010 ¿ Landscaping Services (vi) Brown V Board of Education National Historic Park, a unit of the National Park Service, is seeking quotes for landscaping services. See attached statement of work for full details on this requirement. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be firm, fixed price. (vii) The period of performance for the services is anticipated to be one calendar year from date of award. The actual period of performance will be determined at time of award. Services must be provided at Brown V Board of Education National Historic Park in Topeka, KS. (viii) FAR provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Services (SEP 2023) applies to this acquisition. (ix) Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 to the quoter that provides the best value to the government based on price, technical capability, and past experience. SOURCES SOUGHT (MARKET SURVEY): The National Park Service (NPS) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of contractors for a possible upcoming project. All costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey shall be the responsibility of the firm. Any information submitted is voluntary. The Contracting Officer will make an acquisition strategy determination based on the results of this market survey. Prime contractors interested in working at Brown V Board of Education National Historic Park the work will consist of: Providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to perform landscape maintenance to include mowing, trimming, trash removal, blowing of roads/sidewalks on approximately 1.6 acres of land. We anticipate that period will be for one calendar year with no option periods. The NAICS code for this project is 561730, Landscaping Services, with a small business size standard of $9.5M. Contractor must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) at time of award to be considered/confirmed. Overview: This project will be for one calendar year of Landscaping Services for the Brown V Board of Education National Historic Park Interested firms must submit the attached Market Research Sources Sought Survey. This market research is being conducted to acquire additional information about potential contractors that may be interested in performing this work.
