This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The National Park service is issuing this request for quote (RFQ) 140P6023Q0051, for the performance of replace carpeting in 2nd floor offices in accordance with the provided Scope of Work (SOW). All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. The Solicitation Number is 140P6023Q0051 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. (iv) This requirement has been set aside for Total Small Business Set Aside competition in accordance with FAR 52.219-6 - Notice of Set-Aside for, or Sole Source Award to, Total Small Business Set Aside Concerns Eligible Under the Total Small Business Set Aside, under NAICS Code 238330 Flooring Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.0M. (v) Line items: 10- BRVB, Replace Carpet 2nd Floor Offices (vi) The acquisition is for the replace Carpet 2nd Floor Offices, at Brown v. Board of Education National Historical Park (BRVB) Topeka, KS. The work will be accomplished through contract and will consist of the components discussed in the statement of work. Product and services offered to the Government under this purchase shall meet or exceed the following in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). A firm-fixed price award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the quote that provides the best value to the Government. In determining best value, the following factors will be considered: (1) Technical Capability (2) Past Performance and (3) Price.
