Combined Synopsis Solicitation for: 21-foot LE V-hull Boat, Motor, and Trailer, SACN The purpose of this amendment is to provide questions asked and the answers thereto, and to extend the due date for offers to 4/25/2022 at 2:00 PM CDT. 1) Just to clarify. You are needing a quote on X21B without any specific additional packages, correct? Answer: The extreme bay stainless with midship and leaning post would be preferred, but as long as it meets or exceeds the specifications, it will be considered. All specs for the requirements for the boat are specified in A06 Specifications (Description of Supply).pdf: power pole, jackplate, hydraulic steering, ect 2) Light are checked as YES in addition to ¿Nav Lights¿ checked as YES. Any additional lights needed? Specifics? Answer: Lights refer to nav light. No other lights were specifically specified. 3) Neutral color -- Gulf Sand OR White? No price difference, just need to note. Answer: We consider Sand to be a neutral color. 4) Leaning Post - Do you want the back and foot rests included? They are an upgrade. Answer: Meeting the specifications is what is required. Exceeding the specifications would be considered but may result in a higher priced quote than other competitive quotes. 5) Gauges = Smart. Are you requesting the Yamaha Digital gauges? If we have the engine NMEA to a Lowrance Control head you will be able to see all of your information on screen. Answer: We assume smart gauges are digital gauges and yes we have the lowrance with the nmea hook ups. 6) Throttle = Electronic. The F200XB is a mechanical throttle and shift engine. We would have to quote a F200XCA for a DEC controlled engine. Input? Answer: We would prefer digital throttle and shift, but we could handle wired controls especially if it means a faster delivery. 7) Kill Switch = Electronic/Bluetooth/Wi-Fi. Are you requesting a wireless MOB kill switch? Answer: Yes to MOB+ for kill switch. 8) I see from Maps that you are just over 25 miles from the closest Yamaha service center. Mercury dealers are all around you. Do you have a preference on that, or are you considering the Warner¿s Dock, Inc. location to be out of range for an authorized engine dealer/service center? Answer: Per the specifications, must have factory authorized mechanic/dealer within 25 miles of zip code 54024. 9) I either did not see or overlooked a drop dead date for delivery. Xpress is approx. 7 months out on most boats right now (further on some hulls). Mercury is 54 weeks on all 175+HP engines. Do you have a drop dead date for delivery? Answer: Delivery of all items within six months of contract award is stated in the body of the posting on https://sam.gov. However, current supply chain issues are out of most vendors' control. Please include your anticipated delivery date(s). Additionally, we don't not want delivery after October. Delivery must be between April and October. If delivery cannot be made by the end of October 2022, It must wait until April 2023. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. All amendments must be acknowledged when you submit your quote.
