THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY!!! On or about November 15th, 2021, the Department of Interior, National Park Service, Interior Region 3,4, and 5 Major Acquisition Buying Office intends to issue a solicitation (140P6022Q0002) on Federal Business Opportunities (https://www.beta.sam.gov), for professional services to repair and refinish 2 deacon chair and 6 rows of five seat each folding church pews. Contractor is responsible for transporting furniture from and back to Nicodemus National Historic Site. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.beta.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of offer, at the time of award and throughout the life of contract. BACKGROUND: The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, materials, and vehicle transportation for professional services to repair and refinish 2 deacon chair and 6 rows of five seat each folding church pews. Contractor is responsible for transporting furniture from and back to Nicodemus National Historic Site. Work Location: Nicodemus National Historic Site, Nicodemus KS 67625 THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Type of Contract: One (1) Firm-Fixed Price Contract will be awarded on a best value basis. NAICS CODE: NAICS 811420. The small business size standard is $8M.
