THIS IS A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The National Park Service intends to solicit proposals to provide: Replace Freeman School Asphalt at Homestead National Monument of America in Beatrice, NE. This is solicitation number 140P6021R0002 and is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). This requirement is a 100% total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 237310. The small business size standard is $39.5 million Project Description: Replacement of 2 inch mill and 2 inch overlay on approximately 8000 sf of the asphalt road at the Freeman School Complex. This road does not have curb and guttering. A full description of the required work can be found in the solicitation, statement of work and supporting documentation.
