The National Park Service requests information from small business vendors registered as small businesses under NAICS 512191 Teleproduction and Other Postproduction Services, with a small business size standard of $34.5M or that meets that size standard and can perform the work. Vendors interested in submitting a quotation for this requirement should send a Statement of Qualifications to Contract Specialist, James Bissaillon, at james_bissaillon@nps.gov, no later than (NLT) 1:00 PM CD on May 25, 2021. All costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey shall be the responsibility of the vendor. Any information submitted is voluntary. The Contracting Officer will make an acquisition strategy decision based on the results of this market survey and a future solicitation may be issued as unrestricted without further consideration. The Work consists of the following: 1) Convert DVD files from 1,659 DVDs to two other electronic filetypes and save to two external solid state hard disk drives (SSD). Each SSD will hold all of the converted files so that they are exact copies of each other. The National Park Service anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract.
