You are requested to provide the service set forth in the attached Scope of Work (SOW), provided agreement can be reached as to the price and other terms of the contract. On or about Apr 20th, 2021, the Department of Interior, National Park Service, Interior Region 3,4, and 5 Major Acquisition Buying Office intends to issue a solicitation (140P6021Q0010) on Federal Business Opportunities (https://www.beta.sam.gov), for removal of waste for St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. BACKGROUND: The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, tools, materials, vehicles, dumpsters, insurance, transportation, and equipment for refuse collection and recycling at the St Croix NSR. The park reserves the right to place un-bagged solid waste into the dumpsters. The contractor shall perform to the contract standards along with adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. All work will be located at St. Croix National Scenic Riverway to include locations throughout 11 counties and locations such as Trego WI, Dresser WI, Pine City MN, and Osceola WI.
