THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under NAICS Code 238220- Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors in accordance with FAR 52.219-6 and 15 U.S.C. 644. Please see solicitation provision FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit, for additional information. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: 30 business Days from Notice to Proceed. REQUIRED BONDS: The contractor is required to provide one (1) or more of the following payment protection: (i) A payment bond(SF-25a) 100 percent of the original contract price, (ii) An irrevocable letter of credit (ILC), (iii) A tripartite escrow agreement, (iv) Certificates of deposit or (v) A deposit of the types of security listed in FAR 28.204-1 and 28.204-2.
