The project consists of: 1. Milling 3,695 square feet of the existing driveway at a 2-inch depth. 2. Laying and sealing 3,695 square feet of new bituminous asphalt at a 2-inch depth. 3. Restoring approximately 360 square feet of concrete curbing and aprons. Project Location: Harry S Truman NHS, 219 North Delaware Street, Independence, MO 64050 THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under NAICS Code 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors in accordance with FAR 52.219-6 and 15 U.S.C. 644. CONTRACTING POC: Adam Kircher, adam_kircher@nps.gov GENERAL INFORMATION: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is Between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code: 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, small business size standard, $16.5 Million. SITE VISIT: All interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend a site visit.
