The National Park Service, Midwest Region Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), is issuing a pre-solicitation notice to announce a requirement for replacing galvanized piping at the PRCG pump house with SCH 80 PVC at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Empire, MI. This is set aside 100% for small businesses under The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors). The small business standard is $16.5M. The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, therefore the evaluation procedures at Far 13.106-2 will be used.
