SLBE_Installation & Finish of Gypsum Board The purpose of this amendment is to provide the contractor questions submit to the government regarding solicitation 140P6019R0005 with the governments responses to those questions. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged. Release of Claims: In consideration of this modification, agreed to herein as complete and equitable, the contractor hereby releases the Government from any and all liability under this contract for the items/services stated, from further adjustments attributable to such facts or circumstances.
