This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside procurement In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated: (b) Between $25,000 and $100,000 The NAICS code is 238160 (Roofing Contractors) and the size standard is $16.5 million. All interested offerors MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusion such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are actively registered in SAM prior to submitting their proposal. If the solicitation is not posted on SAM.gov Contract Opportunities by April 14, 2022 the solicitation is no longer available for posting.
