The new site visit date, time, and location is August 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Please meet at the Virgin Islands National Park Visitor Center. All questions are now due on August 27, 2025 at 1300 ED. The due date for proposals is now September 05, 2025 at 1300 ED. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
