SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE Solicitation Number: 140P5425Q0027 NAICS Code: 561210 ¿ Facilities Support Services Agency: Department of the Interior ¿ National Park Service (DOI-NPS) 1. Title: Custodial Services, Elevator, and HVAC Maintenance Services 2. Location: Guy Bradley Visitor Center, Flamingo District, Everglades National Park, Homestead, Florida 3. Description: The National Park Service (NPS) is conducting market research to identify capable sources for a potential procurement of custodial services, elevator maintenance, and HVAC maintenance for the Guy Bradley Visitor Center located within the Flamingo District of Everglades National Park. Scope of Work: ¿ Custodial services. ¿ Routine elevator maintenance. ¿ Routine HVAC system maintenance. 4. Contract Type and Length: The anticipated contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a 12-month base period plus one 12-month option period. 5. Response Instructions: Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement that includes: ¿ Business size status (small, large, etc.) ¿ Socioeconomic category designation (e.g., HUBZone, 8(a), Women-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, etc.) ¿ Relevant experience and capability to perform custodial, elevator, and HVAC maintenance services. 6.
