THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service, South Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a solicitation to prep and paint the exterior of multiple structures within Cumberland Islands National Seashore located in a remote location (by waterway) in St Marys GA, Camden County on or about November 16, 2023. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P5424R0001. This project includes the pressure washing, minor repairs, prepping, priming and repainting the exterior of structures. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided with the solicitation documents. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238320. The small business standard is $19M. The cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusions or debarment. SITE VISIT: Only (1) one group site visit is scheduled for this action on the morning of November 29, 2023 in St Marys GA. Attendance will require an RSVP. Details will be provided with the solicitation. Any questions must be received via email by 10:00am (ET) on December 04, 2023 to Mary_Stefanos@nps.gov. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed-price contract is expected to be awarded towards the end of December 2023. Note: Davis Bacon prevailing wages for Camden County, GA will apply. The Government intends to award (1) one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov on or about November 16, 2023. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents including drawings will not be available - all available documents will be posted for download. Offers will be due no earlier than 30 days after issuance of solicitation unless extended by amendment. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation.
