The purpose of this amendment is to attach an addendum to the statement of work to show updates and the extend the due date for quotes. The National Park Service has a requirement for the procurement of the US41 Road Base Monitoring. The Florida Department of Transportation has agreed to allow the canal to be operated up to the 7.0 feet NAVD88 limit provided that monitoring is conducted to ensure the integrity of the road base. The purpose of this project is to maintain the existing Automated Data Acquisition System (ADAS) to measure the potential for water to intrude into the road base. The ADAS currently includes six Remote Terminal Units (RTU) and the location for each RTU is shown in Table 1 of statement of work.
