WASTEWATER SYSTEM REPLACEMENT, GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO UPLOAD REVISED SOW DOCUMENTS. ALL ELSE REMAINS THE SAME. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm-Fixed Price 100% Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. In Accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502.2 award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable quote meeting the requirements of the specifications. The NAICS 237110 ¿ Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction Size Standard: $45 Mil In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of Performance - 120 days from NTP approx. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
