These services include cutting trees, shrubs, brush, briars, and vines within specified depths of designated vistas, to provide vistas with clear and unobstructed views. This is a Request for proposal (RFP) number 140P5325R0016 Blue Ridge Parkway - Vista Clearing FY25 This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 January 17, 2025. This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 561730 Landscaping Services, Size Standards in Millions of dollars $9.5M TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Line items include Base work + Items 1-4 Option Work The services consist of clearing scenic vistas along the Blue Ridge Parkway at designated locations in Virginia and North Carolina. These services include cutting trees, shrubs, brush, briars, and vines within specified depths of designated vistas, to provide vistas with clear and unobstructed views. Period of Performance 8/15/2025 to 9/30/2026 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
