The contractor shall provide all office labor, testing equipment, containers, materials and technical supervision (via telephone) required to ship and return sampling materials to water system operators; test samples for total/fecal coliform, nitrate/nitrite, and raw water MPN; report sample results to system operator, contract officers technical representative (COTR) and respective State officials. No sample gathering labor will be required by the Contractor. The Parkway operates and maintains 40 drinking water systems throughout the Park for visitor or employee use. Federal and State regulations mandate regular testing of these systems during periods of operation as follows: Two Total Coliform tests per month One Nitrate/Nitrite test per year One Raw Water MPN test per year (VA only) Attached Performance Work Statement for complete requirement details.
