Title of Project: Replace 4 septic systems at Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Buxton, NC Description: This project will replace the septic systems at Cape Hatteras Housing units 326, 390, 391 and the septic tank and drain field for the Double Keepers Quarters (DKQ) in Buxton, NC. GENERAL: The solicitation will be issued electronically on the website at https://www.sam.gov/.
