The National Park Service (NPS), Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area (BISO) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the replacement of deteriorated gutter systems on 12 buildings at Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area, Locations in KY and TN, to prevent structural damage and protect public assets. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238170 and the size standard is $19 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to between $25,000 and $100,000.
