The National Park Service (NPS), Cape Hatteras National Seashore, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for services to perform annual inspections and testing of fire and intrusion alarms at 13 locations. This service contract will include Base + 4 Option years. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 541350 Building Inspection Services $11.5M The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. Period of Performance Base year 9/1/2025 to 8/30/2026 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
