The National Park Service, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide all the necessary personnel, material and equipment to furnish, haul, and dump Gravel needed for park gravel roads to ensure integrity of the road safety. This is project is in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park Tennessee and North Carolina areas. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code is 212321 Construction Sand and Gravel Mining The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted.
