REPLACE ROOF ON HATTERAS ISLAND BOOKSTORE, CAPE HATTERAS NATIONAL SEASHORE TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm-Fixed Price 100% Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. In Accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502.2 award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable quote meeting the requirements of the specifications. The NAICS 238160, Roofing Contractors $19M In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between 100,000 and $250,000. Period of Performance - 90 days from NTP approx. 09/10/2024 - 12/09/2024 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
