HQs and IT Building are located at 91 Bartlett Park rd., Middlesboro, KY, and the ODell House is located at 256 N Cumberland Dr, Ewing, VA, 24248. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS 238160, Roofing Contractors $19M In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Period of Performance - 90 days from NTP approx. 7/1/2024 to 12/30/2024 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
