The National Park Service: Guilford Courthouse National Military Park is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement consists of; The services to be provided within this statement of Work (SOW) consist of Constructing a Replacement Park Entrance-Identification Sign at Guilford Courthouse National Military Park. County: Guilford County NC Applicable Conditions ¿ Contractor is required to furnish all personnel and material to meet the requirements specified in the contract work statement. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial services contract based on the proposal that represents the best value (LPTA) to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Par 15, Negotiations and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
