The National Park Service, Blue Ridge Parkway, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide all the necessary personnel, material and equipment to furnish, haul, and dump 1000 tons of Carriage Trail Gravel mix and 500 tons of washed screenings to be used on Cone Park Trails. Delivery address is: 5580 Shulls Mill Road Blowing Rock, NC 28605 The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code is 212321 Construction Sand and Gravel Mining The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted.
