Amendment 1 is issued to post questions and answers and extend due date to August 15, 2023, at 5pm EST. The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the cutting, removal of all trees 6-inches or less (DBH), woody vegetation, and shrubs under and adjacent to bridges, culverts, and tunnels on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia, and North Carolina. The structures are located between Mile Post (MP) 105.80 to MP 216.40 in Virginia and MP 305 to MP 468 in North Carolina. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 561730 Landscaping Services, Size Standards in Millions of dollars $9.5M Period of Performance 08/15/2023 to 04/14/2024 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
