Purpose of Amendment 0001 is to clarify the Period of Performance is: 3/27/2023-6/30/2023. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140P5322R0009 issued as a Request for Quote (RFP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses attached are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This Service requirement for the Great Smoky Mountains NP Cades Coves, TN Required Services. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to complete the following survey work for the park to use in the development of construction documents for various projects in the Cable Mill area. Surveyors shall be licensed (provide with solicitation documents). This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Business in accordance with FAR Subpart 19-502-2, and only qualified offeror's may submit a quote. The North American Industry Classification System; The NAICS code is 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services Size Standards in millions of dollars $16.5. 541360 Geophysical Surveying and Mapping Services $16.5. Surveying and Mapping (except Geophysical) Services $16.50. Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have completed the on-line Representations & Certifications at www.sam.gov to qualify for award. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their Proposal.
