The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the roofing of two buildings to include removal and replacement of approximately 5,730-SF of asphalt architectural 25 year shingles and #30 underlayment, repair/replace damaged plywood sheeting, replace flashing around chimney, replace drip edge, install roof underlayment, installation of a ridge vent along the length of the house, the removal and replacement of approximately 360-LF of gutter with downspouts and installation of approximately 360-LF of gutter guards on building numbers B007 and B008 at Rocky Knob Maintenance Area.
