The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide all the necessary personnel, material and equipment to furnish, haul, and deliver red cedar split rail fence material in accordance with the specifications. 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502.2 The NAICS code is 321999 All Other Miscellaneous Wood Product Manufacturing The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to complete this project.
