Proposals Due Feb 8, 2023 at 5pm. The National Park Service (NPS), Blue Ridge Parkway, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for services to inspect and clean underground, potable, concrete water reservoirs located on the Pisgah District of the Blue Ridge Parkway (BLRI) from the Craggy Gardens Area (Buncombe County, NC @ MP 363.5) to the Soco Gap Area (Jackson County, NC @ MP 455.5). This contract will and inspect all identified water reservoirs providing a detailed condition assessment and proposed mitigation plan for deficiencies discovered, as well as a basic cleaning of the interior surfaces of each water reservoir properly disposing of the chlorinated water, sludge, debris and other waste. The in-service cleaning and inspection of potable water storage reservoirs shall be performed prior to tank inspection. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 221310 and the size standard is $36 million. Period of Performance 4/1/2023 to 9/30/2023 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
