The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the removal and replacement of approximately 1,840-SF of asphalt shingles, repair/replace damaged plywood sheeting and 1x6 pine (porch), replace flashing around chimney, replace drip edge, replace all facia, install roof underlayment, installation of a ridge vent along the length of the house, the removal and replacement of approximately 80-LF of gutter with downspout and installation of approximately 80-LF of gutter guards on building number B545 at Julian Price Campground. 5580 Shulls Mill Road, Blowing Rock, NC 28605 TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238160 and the size standard is $16.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be less than $25,000.
