The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the cutting down, and removal of all vegetation, as well as shrubbery under and adjacent to bridges and culverts on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia. The structures are located between Mile Post (MP) 107 and MP 216. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial services contract based on the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Par 15, Negotiations and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs.
