TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238990 All other Specialty Trade Contractors and the size standard is $16.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of Performance 9/1/2022 to 5/1/2023 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. The National Park Service (NPS) will be contracting to remove and replace of 127 picnic tables along the Blue Ridge Parkway, North Carolina, in the Highlands District (23 at Cumberland Knob, 78 at Doughton Park, and 26 at Price Park), and the bid option to rehabilitate tent pads at Doughton Park Campgrounds and Julian Price Memorial Park Campgrounds. This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238990 All other Specialty Trade Contractors and the size standard is $16.5 million. The solicitation, plans, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about June 2, 2022. The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days once posted. This is a Presolicitation Notice. The Solicitation will include information on how to obtain the plans and specifications.
