The National Park Service (NPS) will be contracting to perform all work to repair the drain pipe at Side lake Dam and install a new gate valve in accordance with Performance Work Statement. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the size standard is $16.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be less than $25,000. Period of Performance 8/16/2022 to 10/16/2022 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
