The National Park Service, Obed Wild and Scenic River (OBRI) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to contract the fabrication of wayside exhibits and/or wayside components. The waysides shall consist of 12 - 36 x 48 upright orientation waysides to include graphic panel inserts in accordance with statement of specifications. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial services contract based on the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Par 15, Negotiations and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 339950 Sign Manufacturing 500. Period of Performance 7/15/2022 to 9/30/2022 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
