THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service intends to issue a solicitation for Repairing a Road Damaged by Flooding located within the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area, Oneida, TN. The proposed acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside procurement, the NAICS code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction and the size standard is $39.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will result in a contract with a period of performance of 60 days. The official solicitation package and its attachments will be issued and be available on or about June 22, 2021. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://sam.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made to any contractor if not registered, active, and registered with NAICS code provided. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered and active in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETE AND ACTIVE BEFORE TIME OF AWARD. No additional information is available until the solicitation is released. No bidder list is maintained by the Contracting Officer; however, you can add your name to the "Interested vendors" in the solicitation and the system will notify you of any updates. NO oral questions will be accepted.
