Answer: The SOW states to match existing. It should be assumed the average depth/thickness is 2.5 inches. The National Park Service (NPS), Blue Ridge Parkway, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a project to remove and replace approximately 13,000 square feet asphalt sidewalks around the Mount Pisgah concession area. This project will require coordination with the concession operation. Following aware and prior to work beginning, schedule a meeting with the CO, COR, and concession staff to work out the sequencing and performance of the work. Location: Blue Ridge Parkway, Milepost 408, Pisgah Inn TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 237310 and the size standard is $39.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000.
