The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the pressure cleaning and recoating of approximately 7400-SF of Metal roofing, tighten and or replace fasteners along the length of the facility, cut and remove any loose or failing sealants/coatings from the roof, Roof coating will be a Kraton based or equal to, Elastomeric light gray roof coating. and, replacement of approximately 570 feet of gutter, and installation of gutter guards. Location: Blue Ridge Parkway buildings located in Gillespie Gap, 214 Parkway Maintenance rd., Spruce Pine, NC, 28777 TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238160 and the size standard is $16.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000.
