The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required for removal and replacement of approximately 6,200-SF of asphalt shingles, installation of a ridge vent along the length of the facility, the removal and replacement of any damaged rafters and associated sheathing, the installation of drip edges around perimeter of roof. Asphalt shingles to be 35 year, 130 mph, Architectural, 3-tab. Bid option for Remove and replace existing Gutters (approximately 325 feet) Location: Blue Ridge Parkway Office and Auto Shop Buildings located in Gillespie Gap, 214 Parkway Maintenance rd., Spruce Pine, NC, 28777 TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238160 and the size standard is $16.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000.
