The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to acquire services to inspect and clean underground, potable, concrete water reservoirs located on the Plateau District of the Blue Ridge Parkway (BLRI), Virginia, from the Smart View Picnic Area (Franklin County, VA @ MP 154.5) to the Blue Ridge Music Center (Carroll County, VA @ MP 212.9). This contract will inspect all identified water reservoirs providing a detailed condition assessment and proposed mitigation plan for deficiencies discovered, as well as, a basic cleaning of the interior surfaces of each water reservoir properly disposing of the chlorinated water, sludge, debris and other waste TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 221310 and the size standard is $30 million. Period of Performance 5/15/2020 to 12/30/2020 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
