Great Smoky Mountains NP Purpose of Amendment 00001 is to offer a site visit This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140P53121Q0046 issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses attached are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This Service requirement for the Treatment of Hemlock Woolly Adelgid Great Smoky Mountains National Park North Carolina and Tennessee 2021- 2022. Service work is to suppress HWA (Hemlock Wooly Adelgid) populations and protect and preserve the valuable resource of Eastern Hemlock trees for the benefits of aesthetic, recreational, and ecological importance; The contractor shall provide all labor, tool/equipment, materials, and supervision required in the attached PWS; All sites are within the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Business in accordance with FAR Subpart 19-502-2, and only qualified offeror's may submit a quote.
