The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Rental of (4) Restroom Trailers, delivered to Elkmont Campgrounds, which is located 8-miles from Gatlinburg off Little River Road on Tennessee side of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Gatlinburg TN 37738 The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial services contract based on the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Par 15, Negotiations and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs.
