Location of project: Otter Creek Campground, Bedford, VA, 24523, Amherst County TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction and the size standard is $39.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $100,000 to $250,000. Period of Performance 7/1/2020 to 11/30/2020 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD. The National Park Service (NPS), Blue Ridge Parkway, will be contracting to repair and prepare asphalt pavement roads and associated work at the Otter Creek Campground on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Location of project: Otter Creek Campground, Bedford, VA, 24523, Amherst County This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction and the size standard is $39.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $100,000 to $250,000. The solicitation, plans, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about May 27, 2020 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on Federal Business Opportunities by May 27, 2020 that is because the solicitation is not available for posting). The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days once posted. This is a Presolicitation Notice. The Solicitation will include information on how to obtain the plans and specifications. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the Agency posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov.
