The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required for removal and replacement of approximately 2400-SF of asphalt shingles and underlayment, the installation of a ridge vent along the length of the house, the removal and replacement of damaged rafters and associated sheathing, the installation of drip edges around perimeter of roof, and the removal and installation of new gutters, down spouts and guards on Ranger Station, located at 2657 Mountain View Road Vinton, VA, 24179 TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238160 and the size standard is $16.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be less than $25,000.
